ATC/ATO On-board Signaling System is the device that displays continuously the allowable speed of the vehicle by receiving operating conditions on the wayside and performs the function of automatically stop or decelerate trains if the train exceeds the permissible speed and automatic operation function to stop the vehicle in the right position by slowing down the speed according to ATO marker detection at the time of station entry.

Speed Limitation Information Recognition
It recognizes the speed limit information by receiving the signals in the closed loop installed in the railway with a pair of ATC antennas installed under the train (TC car).
Train Speed Computing
It displays the speed by computing the value of wheel diameter and the speed pulse signal from the tachometer installed on the axle of the train.
Stop to the Right Spot
It performs the function to stop the vehicle in the right spot by slowing down the speed according to wayside installed ATO marker detection at the time of station entry.
It performs the function of information sending and receiving with wayside devices installed in the station when a train enters the station and stops.
Pre departure Test
It is the test to check safe operation of the train through operating the ATC/ATO device in a virtual sequence of operations before the vehicle leaves the base and checking abnormality of signal and braking device in advance.

Man Machine Interface (MMI)
Installed as a redundancy system in the driver’s compartment., it displays the transmitted driving information from on-board ATP/ATS Rack and notifies the driver of the audible warning sound according to the situation.
